Return Window

We accept returns on all products within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused and in resellable condition.
  • It must be returned with all original tags, receipts/invoices, accessories, and packaging.
  • Products that are damaged, used, or missing components will not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return

You must initiate your return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email. Please include:

  • Your order ID and contact details.
  • Clear pictures/videos of the product showing the condition.
  • Reason for the return.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI, based on the details shared by you after approval.
  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer replacements or store credits. If you need a different product, please place a new order.

Return Rejection

  • The product is used, damaged, or returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Return request is not initiated within the specified 48-hour window post-delivery.
